Hello Everyone!
Today, I’d love to share one of my favorite breakfasts ever! When I first made this, I *might* have made it three times a week! Our little ones love it before heading off to school in the morning and it’s perfect reheated the next day (IF you’ll have any leftovers!) It’s another one of my go-to recipes because it’s so quick to throw together and it tastes like an oatmeal cookie, straight from the oven!
Baked Oatmeal Breakfast
* 1 1/2 cups oats
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 1 tsp. chai seeds (optional)
* 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients and mix well with fork. Spread evenly in a greased 9 X 9-in baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Options: We enjoy it served with warm milk, a sprinkling of brown sugar and fresh fruit.
Here it is after mixed together and spread evenly in a baking dish. So super quick and easy!
I hope you try it out soon and love it as much as we do!
Have you ever tried a baked oatmeal?
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Until next time,
Kendra

I love when you share recipes, Kendra! And I also love recipes that only have 3 lines of directions! That’s MY kind of recipe! 🙂 This looks delicious and so much better than store bought. 🙂
Your comments made my day, Lisa! I do love sharing recipes and I’m all about easy! (My husband is actually the one who loves baking/cooking very time consuming/multiple step recipes!) Let me know when you try this one please 🙂 Hope you have a great rest of the week and thanks for coming by!
