Popcorn. Chocolate. Sprinkles and M&M’s. What’s not to love, right??
I’d love to share the yummiest and easiest snack with you today! Last week I shared our son’s Circus-Themed Birthday Party and I promised I’d share a few recipes of the party food! I’ll start off with this one! You’re probably thinking popcorn, what’s so exciting about that?
But trust me, you’re going to love it! It was a big hit with all of the kids and then we made it again for company and they loved it too! Super easy, quick and delicious!
- 8-9 cups popped popcorn
- 6 ounces white candy melts
- 1 cup M&M's
- sprinkles
- Line 2 cookies sheets with wax paper and spread popcorn evenly around.
- On medium heat, melt candy melts slowly until smooth.
- Using a measuring cup, pour evenly over popcorn. Add M&M's and sprinkles.
- Gently mix together before chocolate hardens. Add more chocolate until popcorn is mostly covered.
- Store in airtight container up to one week.
I know this popcorn will be on the menu for any party in our future! Plus, it’s the type of recipe that you could easily add a different candy to or substitute dark chocolate for the white! Gotta love a recipe that you can change to suite your tastebuds!
Thanks for coming by today!
And just in case you’re in the mood for another sweet treat, here are a few more delicious desserts I’ve shared in the past!

I love the combo of popcorn and chocolate! Sweet and salty is the best! This is a great recipe because you could even change up the color of the sprinkles to match the holiday, occasion, etc. Thanks for sharing!
