Hello Friends!
Today, I can officially say Happy Fall! Does it look or feel much like fall where you live? I am noticing how all of a sudden, everywhere I look there are signs of fall. I am loving the vibrant colors of yellow, red and orange on the leaves!
To kick of the fall season, and just because I love pumpkins and all things fall so much, I’m going to do a mini series of 14 Days of Pumpkins. I will share a little bit of everything… my favorite pumpkin recipes, some pumpkin DIY, pumpkin home dΓ©cor and maybe even some pumpkin photography! I’ll do two pumpkin posts weekly so be sure to subscribe to my blog so you don’t miss a post!
I love how easy this frame was to make and I had all the supplies already on hand. Here’s what you’ll need:
You’ll need burlap (a piece a little bigger than your frame), some Scrabble pieces, and some pumpkin shapes. My sister has a pumpkin punch so that made it super easy. The first thing I did was wrap my burlap around the glass of the frame. I hotglued it down, just as if I’d be wrapping a present. I then laid out all my pumpkins and Scrabble letters to see how they’d look best. I then hot glued every little pumpkin and letter down. And there you have it!
This will look so cute on an end table with some other fall dΓ©cor! You could use any size frame you’d like. I used a 4X6 but I’m thinking I’ll make another one using a 5X7 frame.
Do you decorate much for fall? I don’t go overboard or anything but I do love the warm and cozy colors of fall dΓ©cor. I have made a few new fall things this year. If you haven’t seen my fall wreath, please check out my Burlap and Berry Fall Wreath. I also love how my Fall Mason Jar Candle Holders turned out!
Hope you have a wonderful day and thanks so much for coming by! I always appreciate your sweet comments as well π
