A refreshing drink for a hot summer day! Easy to make at home and enjoy all week long!
I hope your week’s been really great! If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll have seen that our little sweethearts have been at “Camp Grandparents & Auntie” for the past week and yesterday I came to my parents’ home to spend a week here also. My husband and I missed them terribly but they really do have a blast with Auntie and their grandparents! They must have gone to the pool or waterparks every day! also I think my husband and I will never really know how much candy they ate and how late they stayed up! ha! Oh well…. that’s summertime, eh? Hope you’ve been making some fabulous memories too!
I’d love to share my new favourite drink today! It’s been kicking around Pinterest forever and of course Starbucks sells it but I wanted to share it just in case you haven’t started making your own yet! It is so easy to make and much cheaper than buying from Starbucks! I love having it handy to sip on during the hot days we’ve been having!
- 2 Tazo Passion Tea teabags
- 16 oz. water
- 4 oz. lemonade
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Boil water.
- Remove from heat and add tea bags and sugar.
- Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Using a large pitcher, mix lemonade and tea and store in fridge.
Don’t forget to pin it to remember it 🙂 Have a wonderful rest of the week and hope you enjoy this drink to stay cool!
